The herein terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) constitute a contract between User (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”, “User”, “You” or “Your”) and US NEW RABBIT GROUP LLC “PAWFECT PET SHOW” (hereinafter referred to as “PAWFECT PET SHOW”) that governs user’s access and use of the website. Please read these Terms carefully. Again, this constitutes a legally binding agreement between You and PAWFECT PET SHOW. By your use of the website or participating in any contest, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

Persons who may register to the site
The user must be at least 18 years of age. User represents and warrants that (a) User has the right and authority to (i) enter into this Agreement; (ii) participate in any of our contests; and (b) he/she abides by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and each specific contest.
Currently, we only accept entries from the United States.
Any entry by a user who is not eligible for PAWFECT PET SHOW Contests shall be void and said User will be prohibited from future use of the Website and shall be required to forfeit any prizes won.
Online Registration
Only persons registered on the website may participate in the PAWFECT PET SHOW’s contest.
Registration is free and without obligation to purchase.
To register, people must always go to the aforementioned website, to the web pages dedicated to the registration and complete all required fields of the registration form.
In case of change of such information, the Participant shall update his/her information on the website.
The Participant who has not completed all the required fields of the registration form will not be considered.
Any person registered on the website and who tries to re-register under a different identity in order to participate or vote more than once in the contest will be immediately and permanently eliminated from the competition without compensation for any and all amounts invested.
SCOPE
Users are permitted to submit photographs and videos of their own pets, or the pets of their families and friends. By submitting a photo and a video, User warrants that he/she has the permission of the pet’s owner to submit the photo and the video.
In submitting an entry to PAWFECT PET SHOW the user releases the publicity rights to PAWFECT PET SHOW. PAWFECT PET SHOW is free to re-use and republish the picture(s) in any of its marketing materials and social media in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
In no case may the responsibility of the Organizing company be brought into question by a third party in the case of a user, participant, or contributor giving the Organizing company a photo and a video for which he/she does not have all full rights of publication.
PAGEANT (THE “CONTEST”)
We provide a legal way to enjoy a free online contest with no monetary risk. Contests are free to enter and partake in. We require absolutely no purchase, of any kind, to participate. Users are permitted to vote a maximum of 1 time per round (except the audition) from the same IP address and/or from the same user account. Every round, you will recover one vote. Each round of the Contest, including its start and finish date, shall be posted on the Website.
CONTEST RULES
Remain polite: Our community brings together many different people. Please respect each and every individual, and remember that not everyone shares your ideas or beliefs. Thus, please remain polite and respectful with anything and everything concerned with this website.
Upload the contents that you have created: Please respect the copyright of third-party. Do not post the work of others. PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate the User account and proceed with any legal action in case of copyright infringement.
Moderate your contents: You and only you are responsible for what you publish on PAWFECT PET SHOW. In case of an error on your part, we will intervene so that your contents correspond to the PAWFECT PET SHOW’s rules.
User content and comments: The user is solely responsible for his/her content and comments. PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate the User’s account and proceed with any legal action in case of threatening, harassing, inappropriate or objectionable content or comments of any kind.
Warning: You will receive one warning notice if you breach any of the rules of this website (“First and Final Warning”). PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate the User account and proceed with any legal action in case of a second breach or serious misconduct.
User profile should not contain any photo and video of any inappropriate content: PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate the User account if the user uploads any inappropriate content on the website.
No logos or banners: User accounts may be terminated if users use it to post elements from the other websites – icons, emoticons, avatars, badges, images from other websites or any other internet signs which have no relation to our site.
Users may not use a User account as a sales platform: PAWFECT PET SHOW is a website for personal usage. If a User attempt to sell products, services or yourself through a User account, we reserve the right to terminate the User account. All commercial and sales use of PAWFECT PET SHOW and its technology and accounts are subject to the approval of PAWFECT PET SHOW. If the User has a specific commercial usage of our website, the User must contact us first to discuss what the User would like to do.
Violation of rules: PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right to remove any User entry from a Contest for any User who violates any of the herein rules and regulations, the terms of service, the privacy policy or any other applicable law or rule.
VOTES
Voting Exchanges: Any type of voting exchange method or vote for vote technique to solicit additional votes on your entry are expressly prohibited. PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right to disable/terminate user accounts with voting exchange activity without prior warning.
Voting Timing: Voting shall begin immediately after the Contest opens and shall continue through the last second that the Contest remains active.
Voting Safeguards: PAWFECT PET SHOW has taken precautions to guard against cheating. More specifically, creating multiple accounts to increase vote counts, bot voting, automated voting, bulk entries, and automated entries are expressly prohibited. Any User caught engaging in the foregoing conduct will be banned from use of the Website and all entries from said User will be immediately voided and PAWFECT PET SHOWwill proceed with any legal action in case of fraud.
PAWFECT PET SHOW shall not, in any case, be responsible and/or liable for late entries, faulty entries, technical malfunctions of the Website and/or any other issues that prevent, prohibit and/or impede the submission of entries.
PRIZES AND REDEMPTION
The Participant selected as a ‘Winner’ will be informed of their prize by email and within seventy-two (72) hours after the end date of the contest. Their prizes will be sent to the address they entered in the entry form. The reward money will be directly into the winner’s personal Paypal account.
Prizes are registered and cannot be attributed to any person other than the Participants. If the mailing address, email address and Paypal account are not valid or change, please contact us at support@pawfectpetshow.com to modify your information.
In the case of a returned prize due to a faulty address, or a prize sent by registered post and not withdrawn by the recipient, the recipient must seek to receive the prize within thirty (30) calendar days. After this delay, the prize will not be given.
The PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right to amend terms and conditions for such prizes at any time and without prior notice. If prizes are in kind, we are not responsible for undeliverable, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or misaddressed package or any other issues regarding the delivery/shipping of the prize(s).
If a Participant has his/her account deleted either by his/her own initiative or that of PAWFECT PET SHOW, no prize will be sent, regardless of the reason.
If it turns out that after verification the Participant does not live in the corresponding place, her/his prize will be canceled and there will be no compensation of any amounts invested will be made.
LICENSE
Our website, software and other tools are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of our Website is based on the license of PAWFECT PET SHOW’s Intellectual property to the User. PAWFECT PET SHOW grants the User a limited, non-transferable license to use its website, tools and related services in accordance with these Terms. PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves all rights in the Intellectual Property not expressly granted to user. PAWFECT PET SHOW provides the contests solely on an “AS IS” basis and disclaims all warranties and liability for Users’use of the PAWFECT PET SHOW’s website, tools and related contests. PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue at any time, with or without notice, the websites and/or contests offered on or through the websites (or any part thereof), including but not limited to the website, features, look, feel, and functional elements and related services.
REGISTRATION
To become a Registered User, you must accept all of the terms and conditions in and/or incorporated by and/or linked to these Terms. By becoming a Registered User, you agree to: (1) abide by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Legal Disclaimers, processes, and procedures described throughout the Website; (2) be financially responsible for your use of the Website; and (3) perform your obligations as specified under these terms, unless such obligations are prohibited by law or by the Terms. PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate a User account at any time for any reason or no reason.
USERNAME AND PASSWORD
In order to create a registered account with PAWFECT PET SHOW, you will provide us with identifying information (such as your name, e-mail address), a password and username and other information (“Registration Information”). After Sign-up, we will confirm your e-mail. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your system, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or PAWFECT PET SHOW has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, PAWFECT PET SHOW shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your IP on the Website or suspend your account and refuse to provide you with access to the Website and/or Contests. User agrees to notify PAWFECT PET SHOW immediately of any unauthorized use of User’s Account. We will not be liable for any unauthorized use of Users’ Accounts.

In order to verify information provided by a User, PAWFECT PET SHOW may require Users to perform certain actions which may include providing an e-mail address, mobile phone number, and other information to verify a State identification and other legal documentation provided. User agrees that our Identity Verification Services may not be fully accurate as all Services are dependent on the accuracy of User’s information.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
For purposes of this Agreement, “Intellectual Property” shall mean (a) methodology for the provision of the Services; and (b) ideas, website, applications, processes, code, technology, software, copyrights, logos, domain names, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, products and materials. PAWFECT PET SHOW hereby retains all worldwide right, title and interest in and to the Intellectual Property. Any rights not expressly granted herein to the Intellectual Property shall be retained by PAWFECT PET SHOW. You acknowledge that all right, title and interest to the Intellectual Property is owned by PAWFECT PET SHOW. User agrees that it shall not share Intellectual Property with any third party and/or use Intellectual Property for any purpose not associated with the use of the Website and/or Contest without the express written permission of PAWFECT PET SHOW.
USER CONTENT
Users are solely responsible for their photos and videos must uphold and respect the integrity of the website in posting them. More specifically, Users must ensure that the photos and videos they submit for Contests do not constitute the following:
A breach of intellectual property rights of a third-party and/or of companies of group management from which no permission has been acquired and contracted, as they are sole owners of the aforementioned rights. By putting photos and videos online and allowing these photos and videos to be viewed by other site users, Users guarantee that they retain all rights and authorizations from those concerned, and that they are devoid of all rights and payments concerning posted photos and videos from companies of group management;
Harm to individuals and to respect for private life. User agrees to obtain the necessary authorizations concerning reproduction of and representation of any photo and video from anyone used in photos and videos presented in the context of the contest concerned.
A threat to public order and publicly-recognized morality. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain certain ethical standards with regard to pictures and / or comments made available online and, in particular, to refrain from disseminating any violent or pornographic content or that which could be deemed detrimental to the reputation of, or privacy of the individual concerned.
PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right to refuse and/or exclude and/or remove any photo and video for the following reasons:
Any photo and video displaying vulgarity
Any photo and video outlawed for commercial, moral or public conditions.
Any photo and video which is contrary to morality and/or public order, particularly those of unclothed persons.
Any photo and video representing an element subject to intellectual and industrial property, such as an original work, a trademark, a registered design, etc.
The validation of a photo and video takes up to seventy-two (72) hours. PAWFECT PET SHOW shall not be liable for any content posted by a User.
Participants are also responsible for ensuring that any person included in a posted photograph and video is a legal adult. In the event that a minor (a child) is included in the photo and video, the participant certifies having obtained written permission from the parents of the two children or their legal guardians prior to reproduction and representation of the photograph. If the child’s guardian does not want the child concerned to participate in the contest, a request for removal from the contest can be honored within 72 hours.
PAWFECT PET SHOW reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block Users.
USER’S CONDUCT
User acknowledges and agrees to not use, nor permit any third party to use, the website to distribute, link to, publish, reproduce, engage in or transmit any of the following (note that the following list is not all-inclusive):
Illegal and fraudulent information.
threatening, harassing, inappropriate or objectionable information communications of any kind, including without limitation conduct that would encourage “flaming”” others, or criminal or civil liability under any local, state, federal or foreign law.
Trojan horse, worm or other disruptive or harmful software or data.
Any other information or content which is not legally yours and without permission from the intellectual property rights owners.
PERSONAL DATA
The Organizing company assumes no responsibility for any malfunction of the Internet. Participation in the contest implies the knowledge and acceptance of risk characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the potential misuse of information of any kind, hacking, and contamination by viruses circulating on the network. Thus, the Organizing Company declines any responsibility in the event of disruption resulting from the use of hardware used by the Participant, his/her Internet access or any other technical problem preventing the connection of the Participant or causing the loss, delay, the sending of wrong information to the wrong address or incomplete data recording of the email of the Participant. As a result, the Organizer shall in no event be liable for the following:
transmission and / or reception of any data and / or information on the Internet;
any malfunction of the Internet preventing the smooth running / operation of the Contest;
the failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;
the loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, the loss of any data;
problems of routing information;
the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly or technical failure;
any failure of a Registered member’s computer;
any setting changes
any automatic indexing of the site by search engines;
any payment made by the user and refused by the payment provider of the Organizing company or by the bank of the user;
The Organizing company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, modification, and inaccuracy of data on participants, which could be caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the organization of the competition or by the Internet network itself.
The Organizing company shall not be liable if, for any reason that is not attributable to it (including any technical problems due to the use of the Internet, software and hardware, fraud, postal problems, strikes and other reasons), there is interruption, extension, suspension, modification, postponement or cancellation of the Contest.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any fraudulent behavior of a Participant.
MONITORING
PAWFECT PET SHOW may monitor Users’ accounts. We may disclose any information necessary for our legal obligations to protect PAWFECT PET SHOW or its users. PAWFECT PET SHOW, in its sole discretion, may refuse to create or remove any account, in whole or in part, alleged to be unacceptable, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms and conditions.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Other than as permitted herein, User shall not (and User shall not permit others), directly or indirectly, to modify, to translate, to decompile, to disassemble or to reverse engineer any part of the website, software or other related services, or otherwise to attempt to discern the functioning or operation of the website, software or services. User shall not (and User shall not permit others to): (i) use any robot, crawls, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the website or services for any purpose without our express written permission, (ii) Attempt, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or any security information of other users; (iii) violate the security of any computer network, or cracks any passwords or security encryption codes; (iv) run mail-list, listserv, any form of auto-responder or “spam” on the Services, or any processes that run or are activated while you are not logged into the website, or that otherwise interfere with the proper working of the website (including by placing an unreasonable load on the websites’ infrastructure); (v) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our contests or any activities conducted on the website, (vi) remove any trademark, copyright or other proprietary notices from any portion of the website; or (vii) bypass any measures PAWFECT PET SHOW may use to prevent or restrict access to the website, software or the games.
DISCLAIMERS
User expressly understands and agrees that user’s use of the website and Pawfect Pet Show’s services is at user’s sole risk. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PAWFECT PET SHOW and its officers, employees, agents, and partners expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In addition, your use of the website is also subject to the additional disclaimers and caveats that may appear throughout the website.
PAWFECT PET SHOW and its employees/agents assume no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based on the information, services, or other material on the website. While PAWFECT PET SHOW strives to keep the information on the website accurate, complete, and up-to-date, PAWFECT PET SHOW cannot guarantee, and will not be responsible for, any damage or loss related to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the website.
PAWFECT PET SHOW and its employees/agents assume no responsibility for any damage consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction by User and/or any animal owned by User during picture/video taking activities and preparations for the purpose of participation in any PAWFECT PET SHOW organized event.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration before a single arbitrator in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then pertaining (available at www.adr.org), except where those rules conflict with this provision, in which case this provision controls. Any court with jurisdiction shall enforce this clause and enter judgment on any award. The arbitrator shall be selected within twenty business days from commencement of the arbitration from the AAA’s National Roster of Arbitrators pursuant to agreement or through selection procedures administered by the AAA. Within 45 days of initiation of arbitration, the parties shall reach agreement upon and thereafter follow procedures, including limits on discovery, assuring that the arbitration will be concluded and the award rendered within no more than eight months from selection of the arbitrator or, failing agreement, procedures meeting such time limits will be designed by the AAA and adhered to by the parties. The arbitration shall be held in County of Los Angeles, State of California and the arbitrator shall apply the substantive law of California, except that the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Prior to commencement of arbitration, emergency relief is available from any court to avoid irreparable harm. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL NOT AWARD EITHER PARTY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, MULTIPLIED OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ATTORNEYS FEES OR COSTS.
Prior to commencement of arbitration, the parties must attempt to mediate their dispute using a professional mediator from AAA, the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution, or like organization selected by agreement or, absent agreement, through selection procedures administered by the AAA. Within a period of 45 days after the request for mediation, the parties agree to convene with the mediator, with business representatives present, for at least one session to attempt to resolve the matter. In no event will mediation delay commencement of the arbitration for more than 45 days absent agreement of the parties or interfere with the availability of emergency relief.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted on the Sites (but excluding those terms and other conditions offered by the Third Party Providers) constitute the entire agreement and understanding between User and PAWFECT PET SHOW. No action of PAWFECT PET SHOW, other than an express written waiver, may be construed as a waiver of any part of this agreement, and no employee of PAWFECT PET SHOW is authorized to waive it orally.
WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other provisions and the Agreement will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make it legal, valid, and enforceable. The failure of either party at any time to require performance by the other party of any provision of this Agreement shall in no way affect that party’s right to enforce such provisions, nor shall the waiver by either party of any breach of any provision of this Agreement be taken or held to be a waiver of any further breach of the same provision.
UPDATES
We may change these Terms from time to time, by posting updates to our website. An update will be effective for any website use after the date of the update. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy shall be to terminate your User Account. Your continued use of website will constitute binding acceptance of such modifications.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
When you visit our website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may communicate with you by email. You agree that all agreements, legal notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that the communications be in writing.
